Based off everything we’ve seen, the whole Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) thing has turned into a mess. If anything, Juno showed how easy it is to acquire new drivers – just offer them a superior experience and give them some equity. I was surprised when I first saw news of Juno’s sale to Gett but, more than anything, I feel like they let a lot of drivers down.
