Management works with there employees to the fullest and is very understanding of life problems. brown nosing gets you promoted.long hours,work load not equally assigned................................... I worked for Old Dominion for almost three years, Very Good Company, Good pay check and also Benefit, Good Environment, but one thing I won't like is there hours of service/shifts, but Good place to work. Pay is very Good, It’s a great job to work at , they train you as soon as you start , it was tough the first two weeks because I was new at driving the Hilo but I caught on quick and learned everything by asking questions even the drivers would help me out if I needed it .
