This horror anthology lacks a wraparound narrative but sports a theme in both car accidents and karma (for the most part, in the first 4 segments). Nice little horror anthology with the first and last stories being best (The first is the scariest and the last is a spoof on Asian Ghost movies.). The segment isn't absolutely awful because the actors are good but it just didn't belong in this anthology, it felt tacked on, it felt even more repetitive as it slugged along and I'm not sure what the hell the producers were thinking about (other than money) when including this segment. Only the last story fell flat for me although it was more of a comedy and was quite fun the last one. The result was a huge success, one that won both at the box office and in the press - a result that has led now to a sequel. You're almost there! Loved the kid as a monk in the first story about the ghost and also the zombies story and the ghosts in the cars.
Hoping to cash in on the success of the segment in the first film, all of the same jokes are brought back this time and come off as stale and lazy.
